Throughout the whole movie, Six (or Twitchy, as we've dubbed him) often spazzes out about, and just freaks out on the others about the source. The Source! The Source! Go back to the Source! OMG THE SOURCE! SOURCE!!!

Hence the Mr. Crocker-esque panic attack. As you can see, it frightens Five and Nine immensely. *can't get over their expressions and laughs*
